Account access — sign-in, password and two-factor
How to access your Gamezy account, recover your password, set up two-factor authentication, and what to do if your account is locked or compromised.

Sign-in basics
Sign in to the Gamezy app with the mobile number you registered with. The app sends a one-time password (OTP) to that number — the OTP is the only password you need day-to-day. You do not need a separate email/password combination unless you set one up in the app's security settings.
If your mobile number has changed, the path is to contact the app's customer-care team with proof of identity. See the customer care page for the channels.
Password and PIN recovery
If you have forgotten your app PIN, use the in-app "Forgot PIN" flow — the app sends a reset link to your registered mobile number. If you have set up an email/password pair in security settings, the email-recovery path is the standard route. The desk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (next section) once you are back in.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to sign-in — typically an OTP sent to your registered mobile or email. Enable 2FA in the app's security settings; the cost is one extra tap at sign-in, the benefit is that a leaked password alone cannot move money out of your wallet.
Locked or compromised accounts
If your account is locked after too many failed sign-in attempts, wait the lockout window (usually 15–30 minutes) and try again. If you suspect your account is compromised — unexpected contest entries, missing balance, changed mobile number — contact customer care immediately and change your password. The fastest channel is in-app chat; see the customer care page for alternatives.
The desk does not have access to your account and cannot reset your password. All account actions go through the official app's support team.
